S2Group wins Facebook Testing and Verification Research Award
The project was born from the international collaboration between Roberto Verdecchia (S2Group, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam), Breno Miranda (University of Pernambuco), Antonia Bertolino (Italian National Research Council), and Emilio Cruciani (Gran Sasso Science Institute).
The research tackles a prominent problem of software development, namely flaky tests, by proposing a static analysis approach to efficiently predicting test flakiness.
The recognition highlights the underlying vision of the S2Group of developing research with high industrial impact.
