Responsible AI Funding Call from SIDN
In addition to the possibility to make an application in the open call, SIDN (Stichting Internet Domeinregistratie Nederland) also works with an annual theme. In 2018 the annual theme is Responsible AI. This involves the use of artificial intelligence in innovative internet projects, whereby the human dimension is not lost sight of and the efforts of AI lead to a positive social impact.
Responsible AI is one of the issues that SIDN considers important from its objectives. By means of this annual theme we want to play an active role in building knowledge and best practices around Responsible AI and contributing to the social debate.
As usual, there will also be two calls at SIDN fund in 2018. With both calls, extra attention is paid to Responsible AI. We expressly invite applicants to submit this theme, in line with the objectives and criteria of SIDN fund.
The first call of 2018 is open on 1 February and closes on 12 March 2018, 13.00 hours. The second call of 2018 opens in the summer with deadline in September.
