Nanda Piersma Awarded Comenius Scholarship
We are pleased to announce that Nanda Piersma (AUAS-CWI) has been successfully awarded a Comenius Scholarship for Education Innovation in Data Science. The Comenius programme funds teaching innovation projects in higher education, proposed by excellent teachers and education professionals working at higher education institutes.
Nanda will join the recently launched Comenius network, a new platform for teachers at universities and colleges who are committed to innovation in higher education. The network, housed at the KNAW, will be a meeting place to exchange experiences and ideas. The members will deal with topics such as personalised education, diversity and accessibility of higher education, digitisation, internationalisation and student well-being.
