Data Science Centre
The University of Amsterdam’s Data Science Centre (DSC) is a coordinating hub within the UvA Library with the mission of enhancing the university’s research by developing, sharing and applying data science methods and technologies.
The DSC is uniquely positioned to facilitate knowledge exchange as well as the training of skills related to digital and data-driven research and thus contributes to the innovation, diffusion and cross pollination of data science across the university. The centre will have data scientists and engineers embedded in every UvA faculty.
The DSC runs three main programmes:
- Accelerate Programme
- Affiliate Programme
- Interdisciplinary PhD Programme
