Accelerating Diversity and Inclusion in Dutch Tech Through Data

NLAIC believes it all starts with using a data-driven approach to improve Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) within companies: because what isn’t measured isn’t managed.

It is time to take responsibility and strengthen our forces to drive greater diversity and inclusion in the Dutch digital and tech ecosystem.

Why?
The digital industry is growing extremely fast and is a more than ever driving force of the Dutch economy. However, to be able to sustain the growth, more (tech) talent and more diverse perspectives are needed to grow digital companies and develop our products and services.
There is a growing awareness around the importance of diversity and inclusion within the Dutch tech ecosystem. But many would benefit from measuring and identifying the impact of D&I to understand the steps that need to be taken.

How? 
During this session, we’ll tell you more about the Dutch D&I in Digital benchmark 2023 and why you should join. This is an initiative by Diversity Hero in collaboration with Techleap.nl and NLdigital. Supported by the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy and Booking.com.

They are calling into Dutch digital and tech companies to join NLACI on January 26 to learn more about the importance of D&I data to identify, measure and scale D&I efforts within the Dutch tech ecosystem and beyond.
