Accelerating Diversity and Inclusion in Dutch Tech Through Data

On January 26 from 16:00-17:00, NL AIC invites you for an online session with Gillian Tans (former CEO at and founder of Diversity Hero) and Yeni Joseph (Lead Taskforce Diversity & Inclusion by NLdigital) who will share how data can help accelerating Diversity&Inclusion (D&I) within our organizations and the Dutch tech industry as a whole.

There is a growing awareness around the importance of diversity and inclusion within the Dutch tech ecosystem. But many would benefit from measuring and identifying the impact of D&I to understand the steps that need to be taken.

During this session, we’ll tell you more about the Dutch D&I in Digital benchmark 2023 and why you should join. This is an initiative by Diversity Hero in collaboration with and NLdigital. Supported by the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy and
