ADS & VIVAT Open an “Insurance Lab”
The start of 2018 marks another new joint lab for ADS, this time with insurer VIVAT. The aim of this lab is to conduct joint research applying advanced techniques in mathematics, statistics, computer science and artificial intelligence within the insurance sector.
Research areas: The joint research lab of ADS and VIVAT (the parent company of Zwitserleven and Reaal, amongst others), will focus on data science, fraud detection, predictions, text mining, multi-touchpoint analysis, evaluation methods and learning algorithms. For this, three projects have been defined for PhD students:
- Customer value models
- Fraud detection
- Customer acquisition and Multi-touchpoint Customer Journeys
